Join Marianne and Ingrid for an evening of gentle relaxation. Yin yoga is a slow paced and gentle style of yoga. Positions are held for longer periods of time with the use of props. In this unique class, along with breath work, you will receive hands on reiki, with a reiki crystal bowl sound bath, as you hold the poses. Restore and renew on all levels.
