Join us for 3 days of coming into gratitude and appreciation, one of the highest frequencies we can carry in the world.  In this Gr8ful trinity of activations, we guide you into a higher vibration of alignment.

Each day you will receive a 15 - 20 minute activation meditation video for you to keep and work with at your own pace.
 

Day 1 Gr8ful  Body - We start with our body as it, is a form of density.  We guide you through a release and an upgrade to create space for a new way of being.

Day 2 Gr8ful Emotion - Our emotions can sometimes rule our lives, by raising our appreciation and our gratitude quotients we can feel more in flow with life and the world around us.
